Madison Good

I grew up in Luray, Virginia, where I developed a lifelong passion for nature and the outdoors. I graduated from James Madison University in 2022 with a B.S. in Biology, further cultivating my interest in ecology and conservation. 

After graduation, I spent two seasons working at Shenandoah National Park as a Biological Science Technician, conducting long-term environmental monitoring, rare plant surveys, and invasive plant management. 

I later worked as a ninth-grade Environmental Science teacher, where I enjoyed sharing my appreciation for the natural world with students. However, my love for the outdoors led me back to field work, where I gained experience restoring wetlands and streams.

Now I am the Associate Extension Agent in Chesterfield, and I look forward to supporting and serving the community!
